For example in the west "dating" usually means you go out and if he's nice and doesnt stick foot in mouth, you open your legs by the 2nd or 3rd date....and this happens over and over.
In other Asian or Middle Eastern countries it isn't so...

Ima Mystery: yes it is. I was too. Even in the phillipines, only the poor POOR girls who needed money for food and shelter do things for money, the vast majority of are VERY conservative. And dont get me started on middle eastern virtue.

Your spot on my freind i dislike woman of that culture i cant stand slappers i would never even date one , i wish all woman were of good values instead theyre all slappers who i dispise , were are the hot nice non promiscous girls ? The western women may be more open about it, and they do not hide if they are sleeping around. The fact is it is happening everywhere, only it is not done openly' without others knowledge. How else do you explain so many abortion clinics, abandoned kids etc in the eastern society? Girls who get into prostitution poor or wealthy is not the point - they can work as maids, baby sitters etc. Why do you think women are kept in 'purdah' for sex was rampant everywhere earlier and I'm not talking about rape.No one comes to know when the eastern girls do anything for they are smart enough to cover the trail.Anyways why are you talking about girls they are not alone in it,they do need a male partner.

So wouldn't it be accurate to say that Western men are equally promiscuous since the Western women are not having sex by themselves? That's just the way our culture is: more sexually active.
Also consider that the consequences of premarital sex in some Middle Eastern countries is death by stoning. If they didn't have a culture butting into their personal lives so much, then there might be more sex happening there.
The West is all about choice. WHEN to have sex, WITH WHOM to have sex, etc. We are used to making our own choices here. Do you realize in those other countries, they are not even allowed to select the person they will be married to for the rest of their lives? In some cases they don't even know the person until they get married.
One more thought: It's all fine and good if you prefer a virgin over a more sexually-experienced woman; however, i hope you are planning on saving yourself for her as well, or you are preaching a double standard of virtues.

The answer lies in the cultural difference of both these regions. In the western world sex is not seen as a taboo, as it is in eastern worlds. In the west men and women are sexually more independent than their eastern counterparts. In western world life partners and sexual partners change frequently, and that's a way of their life.
This phenomenon may appear weird from the eastern perspective, even in the west it is not considered good, however it's not a sin either.

We don't kill our women for being sexual. If we stoned or ostracized women for having premarital sex, we would have many fewer women doing it too. Don't pretend like there aren't prostitutes and sex slaves and child rape happening all over Asia and the Middle East. It doesn't make America any worse to have men having sex with consenting adult women instead of with girls who were sold into slavery as children. Not every woman in western society is promiscuous. Many are virgins when they marry and are faithful to their husbands. You won't see it on tv because it's not exciting to watch but they're out there. In this culture sex is a choice for both the man and the woman. Women don't have to be virgins but they also don't have to have sex with anyone they don't want to.

We learned it from men. Look at the old days to where women would not have sex before marriage but men did. Women was not allowed to even look at a man in a sexual way unless she was to marry him. The respectable women anyway because no matter what century you are in we have always had prostitues.

Yes, it may be true that SOME Western women are promiscuous, but I'd prefer that to someone who is covered up apart from her eyes and treated like a slave.

I think its all about what you value and morals. I'm pretty conservative myself and I see sex as something you do with someone you trust and actually see yourself having a future with. Others see it differently, its all a matter of opinion.

I don't find it weird. Different cultures value different things. It's like vegetarians thinking its weird that we eat meat.
