No one created God. God is GOD. He is not bound by earthly logic like reproducing, etc.. which HE created anyway!

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.

And that was how the world started. He created all these things for you and me. Walk by faith, and not by sight for our Lord has given us so much!

God is a creation of the fertile human mind, as soon as we, the advanced Homo sapience evolved with our brain capacity, we started inventing super beings that "existed" in our minds and "explained" the parts in the physical world we could not understand. As our species accumulated more knowledge we began to modify our "gods" to fit in with our growing knowledge.
At a period of time from 1400 B.C. to 700 A.D. the Multi god system was gradually replaced by a single God (monotheism), since then we have continued accumulating knowledge and as a result the Monotheism concept is now slowly being replaced by the next logical step which is Atheism or Notheism or zerotheism (change from 1 god to 0 god system) this process has been going for a few centuries, and the rate of change is dependent on many local factors.

Your question makes too many assumptions, making it almost impossible to formulate a direct response. Monotheists say that god came from nowhere, god was before time and always has been and always will be. So there was no event. It is the nature of god to manifest - in that sense, god is constantly reproducing.

On the first part of the bible, or chapter Genesis, it doesnt explained where God came from. It says as my own interpretation (when i read the first chapter) God is invincible, known as the holy spirit. He watched the planet earth and decided to create living things, until he created adam and eve. Nobody can tell who he is, or where he came from. As far as the bible is concern, and also from many intellectual persons, (i attended a debate regarding your question)
they assumed or presumed, the bible during B.C was created by one person (which unknown until now) to made people be aware.afraid, scared and to make them believed that theres only one God. This person was said he wrote the biblical words, based on his observation (ancient times and peoples). He also based the story of the bible, as he sees the people during B.C.
peoples are sinners, thats where the story of sodom and gomorra. Peoples during that time worships animals (made of wood), gold so to speak. This said person sees also how people being slaughtered, slaves etc. so he decided to wrote a book, a book with so much knowledge of good and evil, and as you noticed on the first chapter Genesis, he named the holy spirit/God as yahweh. The scriptures of these books transfered and translated in many different languages...The book was called BIBLE. But for me, i still believe that theres only one God, the creator of heaven and earth, no matter and whatever comments, i dont care. Come to think of it, no human being be reproduce. The present generations, the scientist cloned some animals, but no human being clone, maybe the coming generations and the modernization of science, humans will be clone and maybe reproduction/reproduce, but this will be scary if that time come. God still exist, on how we established it to our mind and beliefs. AMEN

Who are we to question our Father, the celestial and eternal all-knowing God above us? Doubt cannot restore the soul the way that faith does. It only happened once because he ordained it to be this way. Every beginning has an ending. One day, my friend. I hope the Saviour comes for all of us before then. I am not the church-going type who salivates at the sight of Pope Benedict, but I do believe.

Add to your question rather than answering it, if life is found outside our planet, will the concept of God be the same with "them"?

God was here before all and any creation and he alone knows where he came from. Surely none of will know until it's time for us to know. God is surely one and wtf is something I cannot relate on cause it's terminology is unknown.
