The puppy may have some kind of poisoning. If it is food poiosning, it may go away in a day or so. If however it has swallowed rat poison or something, he needs the antidote fast and only the vet can help you. You can either hope that he'll get well by himself (which has a high risk factor that he'll die insetad) or take him to the vet, there is not much else you can do really, I'm sorry but these are your options.

Her name will look nice on her headstone, I am sure with all the loving care you aren't giving her. COME ON! A whole month? Are you brain damaged? Take your dog to the vet YOU FOOL! Vomiting and diarrhea for a month is a sure sign the dog is ill and needs the care and attention of the VET! Call the vets in your area and plead with them to put you on a plan of some sort so the dog can receive care, or better yet, take the dog to the local Humane Society and tell them how you let the dog go a whole month without vet care and you need help. They will help the dog! I hope the dog gets some reasonable loving care. It certainly needs and deserves more than what its getting!

I agree with the others that one whole month is a long time to wait before looking for help for your dog. The truth is that the dog probably has parvo, and he may now be in such an advanced stage of the disease that there is no helping him. The very best thing you could do is to take him to the vet, but if you truly can't afford it, some vets will gladly treat the animal if you agree to let them find a new home for it with someone who can afford to care for it. It's irresponsible to be a pet owner if you can't provide reasonable medical care for one...even if you do it yourself, it's better than nothing. Has this dog had its shots? Has it been wormed? Another answer would be to ask a vet online what they would recommend for your situation. Try this site: www.askvetadvice.com

If you did not get your dog his/her shots (immunizations), it is a good chance that what you describe is Parvo Virus which fits with the month long progression. If there is already blood and vomiting it doesnt look good.
The ONLY chance this dog has is at a vet. He needs IV feedings and medicine.
I truly am sorry--I had a puppy with this disease before I could even get him in for his shots.
It may not be Parvo but any time there is bleeding in a dog you must get him to a vet right away.

If you cannot afford a vet, maybe take her to the ASPCA and they can work out a way to help with the cost, but if nothing, else, at least CALL a vet. a=See what they say. If they say bring her in, then you really ought to. It sounds like u really love her. So do what you think is best.

you should have taken her to the vet a long time ago, she could have billary, or even cat flu, in the meantime just stick to liquids and a lot of it until you can get her to the vet. You have to give her pectrolyte as she is most definitely dehidrating, the blood in her stools means it could be cat flu, but check her gums if they are going white then it is tickbite fever, but she will die if you don't tsake her to the vet

You really need to get her to the vet, she needs medical attention and you need to find out why. Its been a month so it looks like the problem is not going to go away. You are treating the symptoms and not the cause. And you can not treat the cause until you know what it is.

Well my year old dog has been vomiting with diarrhea and I took him to the vets yesterday and he is on a diet with only chicken and fish.
You should ring a vet and ask for advise though.

If you really care about the puppy, bring her to a trusted vet.
A month is a very long time.

it sounds like parvovirus. If you cant afford a vet you shouldnt have the dog. Take it to your vet and dont eat for a week or something to pay for it.
