This is a sincere question because my God does heal people. I had a spot on my lung and ask God to heal it and 3 months later it was gone. I would have been quite happy to die if God choose it, that is why I had opted for no treatment of it if it was bigger in 3 months.

Surely, if He wants to. Some are healed, some are not and some healed sonner than others. It's all part of His devine plan for each and everyone of our lives...

You and I seem to have the same outlook on it seeing how you wouldn't have minded death, if it was chosen for you.

We all see it pretty much the same way. There is no different from how you preceive God and how we Muslims preceive Allah. We are only labeled differently. That's all...

The word "Allah" is simply the Arabic word for Almighty God, and is the same word used by Arabic speaking Christians and Jews. If one were to pick up an Arabic translation of the Bible, one would see the word "Allah" being use where the word "God" is used in English. Actually, the Arabic word for Almighty God, "Allah", is quite similiar to the word for God in other Semitic languages — for example, the Hebrew word for God is "Elah". For various reasons, some non-Muslims mistakenly believe that Muslims worship a different God than Jews and Christians. This is certainly not the case, since the Pure Monotheism of Islam calls all people to the worship of the God of Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and all of the other prophets. However, even though Jews, Christians and Muslims worship the same God — since there is only one God — their concepts concerning Him differ in some significant ways.

Muslims believe in GOD(in arabic Allah), the Supreme and Eternal, Infinite and Mighty, Merciful and Compassionate, The Creator and The Provider, He begets not, nor was He begotten, and there is none equal or comparable unto Him.

Islam is the only religion which recognizes and believes that all the prophets brought the same essential message This message was, still and will be the belief in and submission to ONE God (the Creator and the Sustainer of all things, the Exalted and the Redeemer of all things. The word Islam itself means "submission and surrendering" to God

Yes He does, He is the same God that heals you. Muslims do believe that theres only one God, He has no partner, His is dominion and His is praise and He is capable of all things, Glory is to God. Theres no power and strength except with God,the Exalted, The Mighty. the arabic word for God is Allah.

He is the same God since the beginning of time.
The same that saved Yunus(Jonah) from the shark.
He saved Ibrahim(Abraham) from fire
He saved Yusuf(Joseph) from the well
He saved Moses from Pharoah
And Mohammad from the Quraysh.

The major difference between islam and Christianity is the doctorine of Trinity and crucifixion.

first clear about that....
God itself is an example of this, the word having earlier referred to Germanic pagan deities. Greek Theos (Θεός, with the initial letter invariably capitalised - pagan or "false" gods were written as theos/θεός, theoi/θεοί with lowercase letters used throughout)) was used for the supreme God even before Christianity, in the Septuagint. St. Jerome translated the Hebrew word Elohim to Latin as Deus. Other names of the Christian God that have a history of pagan meanings include Slavic Bog, Finnish Jumala, Japanese Kami and in Arabic Allah which is generally thought to be solely a word which describes the Islamic God. During the initial stages of his predication in Japan, the Catholic missionary Francis Xavier was welcome by the Shingon monks since he used the word Dainichi for the Christian God. As Xavier learnt more about the religious nuances of the word, he changed to Deusu from the Latin and Portuguese Deus. The monks also realized that Xavier was preaching a rival religion.

The less evangelical branch of the Quakers often refers to God as The Light.

Another term used is 'King of Kings' or 'Lord of Lords' and Lord of the Hosts.

Other names used by Christians include the Hebrew names Elohim, El-Shaddai, and Adonai.

and my answer is that ALLAH/GOD heal the people if this is good for them

Maybe you are hallucinating and or maybe high in drug for saying that you are cured by your God? or maybe you are day dreaming, and please wake up idiot?!!!...Any one who is claiming miracles today have beyond his/her mind and please see a psyatrist nearest. Today, no miracles or sign that God will provide for you. because all his signs and commands had been passed from thousand years ago thru Adam, Moses, Abraham, Jesus and other including Muhammed to gave His commandments. What Allah or God told in Holy Quar'an is to use your 5 senses to stay alive and if you don't know a thing yet, then learn, ask from learned one.
Allah is not like Jesus Christ who was given by Allah or God the power to heal so his (Jesus) follower would believed that he was sent to land to propagate HIS (Allah) words.

it is not correct to say "My God " and "your God".

We , Muslims, believe in One God which has not other partner or competitor or artificially created another god.

So as per God will it happened to you that you got healed.
At the same time your organism and immunity system had played certain role in the disappearing this spot.

So God heals if His will is.

Yes Allah hears the prayers of Muslims asking to be healed or for others to be healed. In fact, Allah hears anything you want to ask from Him.

I asked Allah to grant me a forgiving heart instead of asking for a jihad against the people who murdered my grandparents. Allah granted my prayer.

I asked Allah to grant me a loving wife. He granted my request and added a beautiful baby daughter.

Muslims can pray and ask Allah for whatever needs as long as it is with the purest of intentions. But remember, Muslims cannot impose upon Allah what they want to happen.

It is Allah's will to give and it is also Allah's will to take.

Allahu Akbar!

yes Allah does heal people. and He is healing many and He has given power to His prophets of all ages to perform miracles, be it Noah, Abraham, Moses, Yusuf, Jesus, Muhammed-pbut.

and who commands everything that is in Heavens and Earth? i beleive in asking Allah for everything, He has given me a beautiful life with good caring parents and wonderful husband.

also He has blessed many saints with special powers. for example if u go to India -- please do visit places like Ajmer, Chennai and Baba Haji Ali in Bombay-- many non-muslims beleive in their miracles and many have been healed and found their wishes come true. and who gives these saints all the powers? Allah is the answer.
