I would imagine the training is equally tough but have seen British paras on a road march with I think 56 pounds of sand in their Bergans and they are tough guys because that would put many people in hospital! No, really, the veins were standing out on their faces but they for sure are some of the toughest guys on the planet. Never seen the movie "Bridge too far" paras are some of the toughest troops of any army in the world

The British Para's of course,they are classed as special forces while the US Rangers are probably boy scout leaders lol.

Take a look at there history and you will see the British para's are the the finest and courage's of all, the same go's for all British military personal. GOD BLESS THEM ALL

The Para's. All American military are weak in comparison to us Brits. We've been fighting much longer than the Yanks. Bring back the Empire!!!

Not sure how, not sure why but the Rangers are harder and would win between the two. Its the American way. And remember we beat your best even before we had an Army.

UK Paras, no question.
Also they have operational intelligence so don't just blow up everything in sight including their own.
