Should tell her how you feel. If you're too shy, what i did last time is that i call my secret admire. Sometime i wrote letter and e mail. But i can say, talk to her in person sure have the edge and more advantage.
Love is a lasting forever thing. So take your time. and no rush. Girls look at 2 things, handsome and good personality. You know what handsome is. Good personality is the way u act and speak and how u behave yourself, also how u conduct yourself. They often look for good qualities. This is quite a tough area to improve. In other words, if they like u, means they really like u. If not, then, don't be sad and give up like others do, maybe there's still a chance u can improve.

That sounds exactly like my story.. I used to make glances at her in college from across he classroom & I would find her looking back. She would just give a friendly smile & look away. Then one day I saw her in the caffeteria by the coffe machine with her friends so I approached hesitantly to make acup of coffee. Then she spoke & said hi. From there we became friends & learned that we loved each other more & more.
What Im trying to say is dont jump too fast into telling her how you feel. Take it one step at a time & if she feels the same, you will know what to do.

Make a move. Ask her if she'd like to have a cup of coffee sometime. Then from her response, you'll know right away and you can think better from there.

why don't u write a note with ur number on it and pass to her and walk off, if she is as interested, she will text you :) the worst?? next round u see her again, just look straight at her when she steals glances at u AGAIN

Casually ask her if she would like to hang out/go to dinner/go to a movie, etc etc. with you some time (then follow up with a specific time or get her number to call her with the specific time)

slow approach, become a friend first of all.Try a lunch or something with mutual friends (them with their oun partner) this could break the ice for that first real date. slow and carful saves from heartace later.
