You will need the following:
Food – I recommend that you start off with what the it was eating before and also get a bag of Natural choice complete care indoor formula make sure for a kitten you get kitten formula food.
Litter box – I’ve tried many different ones and what I have found that works best for me and my cats is an enclosed litter box for the main reason that one of my cats likes to dig in the litter box and litter would get all over the floor we would be wasting way too much litter that way the covered box keeps most of the litter in the box, there is a little bit that tracks out when they come out of it, but most of that gets trapped in the litter mat, that’s another thing you should buy.
Litter – I had been a tidy cat person and then one day the store was out of it so I got arm and hammer super scoop and I haven’t even thought about going back. Make sure you get unscented; cats tend to not like scented litter it is too much for their nose to handle.
Litter Scooper – just get a regular plastic litter scooper, and scoop out the litter box at least once a day.
Litter box liners – I love litter box liners when it comes to doing a full litter change it is so much easier.
Toys – Get a good variety of toys, some ball, and some stuffed toys. Get a laser pointer, cats love these, just be careful not to shine it in their eyes it might blind them. Get at least one string toy, cats love these just don’t leave it out when you are not around or your cat may eat it and that has potential costly problems with it getting wrapped around their intestine causing a blockage that may take surgery to fix it.
You can get a cat bed or use a nice blanket so they have a soft place to nap.
Food bowls – it is actually recommended that you get a metal bowl; some cats have allergies to plastic.
I would recommend getting a drink well pet fountain. A lot of cats don’t drink enough and it causes urinary problems and cats love fresh flowing water and that’s what the drink well gives you constantly fresh flowing water.
Don’t forget to get a brush so you can groom your cat, you want to get the kitten use to being groomed, having it’s nails trimmed, and it’s teeth brushed as soon as you can it will make things much easier for you.
Good luck! Enjoy your new friends.

Expect chaos! Curtains will be climbed, plants will be knocked over, anything and everything will become a kitten toy. They will pretend they don't know how to use their litter tray and will play with the litter instead. Oh, and you know that gap under the fridge thst you think is far too small for an 8 week old kitten to climb into? It isn't! But just when you start to wonder whether it might have been a better idea to get a different pet - a tiger cub, say - they will do something incredibly cute like curling up to go to sleep in a saucepan, and you'll decide it's all worth it. Awww!

You'll have great fun with them, and they stop being kittens so quickly.
You've already received lots of great tips - so I shall give you just one - invest in a packet of White-Tac or equivalent. You could get Blu-Tac, of course, but the white version is less obtrusive.
As they get older, you'll find they'll start climbing and jumping over everything. White-Tac is brilliant for sticking down ornaments, pictures or anything else you don't want knocked over and broken, it doesn't leave any marks when you remove it and doesn't damage the items you're sticking down.
It's a lot less hassle then constantly moving things, chasing the kittens off or cleaning up with a dustpan and brush. And, much cheaper than having to replace cherished items.

You can expect allot of fun, poop and piddle cleaning...
Kittens are great fun and need allot of attention when they are young otherwise they get into everything and whine allot also when ignored.
I have 2 Persians and can honestly tell you to stock up on the kitty litter, you need to train them to pee and poop in the kitty litter so they don't just do it anywhere!
Buy plenty of squeaky toys for them and get an old small cuddly toy, tye it to a piece of string and watch the fun begin...
Cats are great and as soon as they are 6-7 months old they will start doing their own thing , though they never tire of attention, plus don't over feed them or give them too much milk as Kittens tend to get diarrhoea very easily...
Good luck and enjoy them!

Expect good fun with your kittens!
Kittens are very playful and love to play so if you are getting two, then it will be twice the fun.
They may be a bit disorientated and timid when you first get them because they have been taken away from their mother but they should settle down after a few days.
Good luck.

I hope you have a lot of spare time for them, because at that age kittens needs a lot of attention. You'll have to play with them, cuddle them, be with them... even if you got other things to do ! Fortunately, as you'll have 2 kittens, they could play together.
Before they come, prepare their litter box, and buy some food and some kitty milk. They'll be still very young, and they'll miss their mom, so be ready to take the place of the mom. Give them the kitty milk, they'll love you !
You'll have to teach them to go in the litter box : place them in it very often (after they eat, after they pay, after they sleep...) so they be accustomed to it, and won't ruin your carpet/couch/bed ...
Call them often by their name, so they'll learn it.
Buy some little toys, like a tiny fluffy animal, or some small balls.
And be ready to have a lot of mess in the house ! But also a lot of fun !

Shredded carpets, furniture, curtains - hair on every surface, unmentionable stuff behind the tv ... you name it. But it will all be worthwhile the moment they sit on your knee. Get some decent cat litter and a tray and first thing they come in the house sit them in it. Cats are very clean and their mother will have shown them how to use their tray its up to you to how them where it is. You will also need to deflea them and worm them. A good idea is to spray your house too that prevenst reinfestations. Make an appointment with the vet for their check up and injections.

Prepare bed/beds, litter boxes, food and water bowls, and toys. Ask their previous owners what kind of food they are used to and get that type of food they eat and before you get them get some fresh food to offer them, but don't rely on their eating immediately.
When they arrive at your place, let them in the house, or in one room only (with bedding and food and water and litter) and don't try to pay too much attention to them - they need some time to explore their territory and they will be highly stressed for moving. Leave them alone, let them come to you.
Good luck!
(Oh yes, the toys should include a scratching post or two, or a cat tree even if you can afford it, but it will take a while to teach them to use those. Just let them get acquainted with the house for starters)
