There were definitely a few famous female pirates throughout history, and they were referred to as the same name - pirates. Although a female pirate with a nice tush might have been called a "booty"
Hey, remember that joke where "Little Johnny" came to his 3rd grade class wearing a pirate hat pulled down over his ears? Amused by his apperance and wanting to have a little fun, the teacher asked him, "Where's your buccaneers, Johnny?"
The boy turned to her and replied, "Under my buckin' hat!"

How about Irate?
Seriously though, I saw a BBC drama/doc about 'Black-beard' that indicated that though there were a few woman pirates, they disguised themselves as men.
Male pirates seem not to have liked having women on board in a equal capacity (not much changes really when you think about it), so the ones that did get on board, disguised themselves s men.
So female pirates were: Pirates.

There were woman pirates. The terminology "pirate" does not change in male/ female. Nowadays there are no actresses just actors.

Pirate is a genderless job description like judge, captain, chef.
It's just simply a female pirate - nothing fancy!!
