It depends on how bad of shape you hair is in... they will need to fill it to put pigment back in it so that the hair will hold the color put on after the fill. if it is bad shape i would say wait a couple of weeks. A hair stylist would be better able to tell you when she sees the condition of your hair. if you hair isn't to fried you can probably do it in a day or two.

it depends on how damaging the bleach was... I got my hair bleached then the middle section dyed red that same day... use a lot of conditioner A LOT!!!

i have done it (diy) straight away with no problems whatsoever, just use a big handful of good quality conditioner though!
