it is LAW, any muslim want to convert to ANYTHING ELSE! not just christianity, coz they r stated as the only true religion, abandoning it by their law is punisable by death.

I think there is a misunderstanding here. If a muslim is turned to christian that means he is not a muslim any more and in this case he is not protedcted by mulsim people. That means in the war or something he is supposed to be killed. But that does not mean that I have to kill him when he leaves Islam. But that does mean that he has no excuse if he stands against me and I will not protect him. Do you undersatnd? And as mentioned in the holy quran you have your free choice and whatever you do will be judged by Allah only in the end, not by people.

Based on our holy Qur'an and Hadith there is no rule that if someone converted his/her religion from Islam to Christianity or other religion should be killed.In surah 2,Allah spoke that there is no force in Islam.If someone coveets his/her religion to unbeliver he/she will get great sin and will go to hell after his/her death.
But in my experience,a Christian converted to Islam,was threatened by his pastor and his friends so he ran from Jakarta to Malasia for hiding.He was afraid the gang would caught him and be killed if he still lived in Jakarta. at that time.

This is because once you become a Muslim, you are not suppose to leave the religion. If you are a Muslim, your children will also have no choice or free will, but will automatically become a Muslim.
If you want to convert, you will be "disowned" but before that happens, you will be persecuted to make you renounce your new found faith in Christ Jesus.
But to all those who are facing this kind of persecution out there, I pray for you and do not fear because our God has already won. The victory is ours. And by Christ Jesus, nothing can harm us and our persecutors can kill us, but we have already overcome death itself through Jesus

Hours ago I asked what's the truth about the 72 virgin circulating around this forum. Bout 2 of them, presumably Muslims or friend of Muslim said its not true. Now, I don't know where you get that idea. Maybe it would be better if you ask Muslims first if your question you are asking now is true before you post that question above for everyone to give their comments.

Apostasy is judged by a qualified Islamic judge in a court of law and in extreme cases, it can be capital.
Treason is punishable with death.

what do you mean threatened? they get killed if a Muslim can lay his hands on them, and it happens every now and than in The World of Islam, and not just converts to Christianity but to any religion except Islam.

It's because followers of Islam are not allowed to think or to question. They have to follow blindly and are encouraged to kill or maim anyone who isn't Muslim. I feel sorry for them in a strange sort of way.
