after death your soul travels and takes in to birth like a child or animal based on the karma you did in this life.
It is a cyclical process where death and birth continues with out an end.

Ec 9:10 - Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going.

Ec 12:7 - Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, And the spirit will return to God who gave it.

Ec 9:5 - For the living know that they will die; But the dead know nothing, And they have no more reward, For the memory of them is forgotten.

Then it would depend on whether or not the person was a true Christian. Christians will be resurrected when Christ returns to reign on the earth, non-Christians will be resurrected at the end of his reign.

Revelation 20:4-6 - Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished....Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

Revelation 20:7, 12, 15 - Now when the thousand years have expired,...And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.... And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

I will never know, because I have overcome death through Christ Jesus :)

Romans 6:4
Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Romans 6:9
knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him.

Romans 6:10
For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all;

Romans 8:2
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

1 Corinthians 15:55
“ O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?”

Amen, praise you God.

The process of death can cause the brain to fire off signals randomly through the neurons. This may account for the sensations of seeing and tunnel vision that most people report. Once the brain actually dies, the connections between the neurons in the brain shrivel away.

Who knows? That's the surprise. Maybe it's different for everyone? Maybe its paradise. Maybe its nothing. I just don't try to think about it, because honestly, how can I, or anyone for that matter, know for sure? You can prepare yourself for death by always living every day to the most, but really there's nothing else you can do. Just enjoy life, and if your gonna worry about something, worry about making your life great, dont worry about death. Don't be scared of it or make it taboo, that's just as bad.

nobody knows unless u have been there, but then u can't come back here and tell us about it, but basically some say u are like asleep until Jesus comes back , others say u go to heaven or to hell immediately , and then u have atheists that believe there is nothing and then others believe u are born again maybe to an animal or another human

me personally think that u are like asleep until Jesus comes back or maybe like a waiting place until judgement day

The bible says that it is appointed for man to die once, and then stand before God and give an account of his or her life, when Jesus was dying on the cross, He said to the thief who was dying next to him, today you shall be with me in paradise, that man through believing in Jesus, had a place in heaven with Jesus, but the other thief who was dying with them didn't, because he didn't accept Jesus as His Saviour, those who have accepted that Jesus died and rose again from the dead for them will go to heaven, but those who have rejected him won't.

Your spirit goes to rest, your body begins to decay including all organs. When Jesus returns you can meet Him in the air if you accept Him into your heart. (only if you believe in Him)
