Usually when a cat vomits right after eating or while eating and it looks mostly like it did before it went down it's because they have eaten too fast. I know gross. LOL. Try feeding just a little at a time. I have to do this with my cat Honey sometimes cause she eats so fast and then throw it right back up. I have to pace her cause she won't pace herself.

Try switching what your feeding to Friskies Dental Diet. The pieces are bigger and it takes longer for them to chew. For me the reduction in the amount of throw up was a big improvement.

very well could be, have more feeding times with less food at each time. Like if you have 2 feeding times make it 3 or 4.
