Jews believes that God is just for themselves and that is why they believe all roads leads to Jerusalem.

Jerusalem is referred to the Holy City. That's where the ark of God (the church) began. In other wards everything begins with the holy city and everything ends there. the new world in revelation is called "the new Jerusalem".
