Not always.

Weightlifting is generally placed in the "strength training" category. The toning of muscles will usually have no effect on the size of a woman's breasts.

Often, however, changes in diet and eating habits that go with an overall program, will cause loss of body fat and this will definitely effect breast size.

There has also been some recent work done with adolescent female athletes which tends to show a delay in secondary female sex characteristics (including breast enlargement, widening of pelvis). This seems to be related to a delay and decrease in the production of female hormones.

I must say, no. First, the size of your breasts depend on your age and your mariage situation as well as your "sex practice". Your breasts just develop and become bigger and bigger at a certain age that we call puberty (average 13 years old for Vietnamese). After getting married and having children, your breats become big, too. It's the affect of sex relation. The reason for these cases is the female body has a hormone indicate this task.

Doing excercise, however, cannot reduce the size of your breasts as well as of other parts of your body.

If you were a major body builder or Gymnast too (like as your profession), yes it can...but that's o nly ifyou're really hardcore into it....for the average woman who just wants to get toned and look fit, even if you work out two hours every day it won't make your breast look smalll!>
