Have you seen Lord of the Rings? Why would Australians not want to see that scenery. New Zealand has lots of other scenery not in the movies.
And the people are quaint.

Aussies go to NZ because they are like our brothers & sisters even though we joke about sheep etc,i like kiwis they sound nice when they talk & its a beautiful country & so close & cheap.

Why Aussie go to NZ??? A lot of us do because its said to be a mini eroupe (in the snow) but in the southern hemisphere.
I would not go there because there a too many Kiwis!!!

When my ancestors came from England, one family chose to live in Australia, the rest (whom I do not know) went to New Zealand.
Am curious about this myself.
