No. Provided you think about this...,
If all you do all day is drink Coca Cola, and nothing else, my answer would change to yes.
You need to ask yourself this question: Is this all that I drink?
If so, realize the human body is 98% water... not Coke.

During the course of your day, rinse your mouth with water, If you cannot brush. Rinse them thoroughly.

The main culprit is the acid or PH imbalance in your mouth.
Remember... ALL the tissues in your body, are composed primarily of water. Teeth and bones, obviously are composed of minerals, many minerals.. manly calcium.

Take your vitamins, eat right. See a dentist. Use Listerine.
Floss!!
You will be fine!!

No, not necessarily. As long as you brush your teeth regularly and get fillings on any existing or new cavities, your good to go. You would have to fall asleep with a baby bottle of coca cola in your mouth every night for it to actually rot your teeth.

Yes, take it from me. I drank about 2 cans of Coca Cola a night in my early twenties because I didn't drink coffee and needed something to help me stay up all night to study for school. I had 2 root canals in one year because of it. I switched to diet after that.

Even Coke Zero will damage your teeth because of the phosphoric acid in it!!
And brushing your teeth right after drinking coke will even be more dangerous because the enamel is much weaker after exposure to acid. Now you brush it right away and get over-sensitive teeth. If you really have to drink that stuff, please wait with brushing (until your saliva has remineralized the teeth) and neutralize the acid with water or better milk.

i asked him why
he said he has been drinking cola for couple of years..
