what do you need to Replace a state id?

When i was 17 all i needed was my social security card, do i need any thing else now that im 18?

Voter's ID, passport and driver's license for identification purposes.

I do not think so just the card. If this is the same as a drivers liscence. I am thinking this is a drivers lisc without the driver part. If you already have one they usually do not have you bring anything else just money. Say what state you live in and perhaps someone can help you. Most people drive I think, so this is kind of different. You must be in a big city like NY where people do not drive.
