this is crap! multiply 45 times 12 that equals 540.
look at what your question asks you . for get about why he is paying 1 /12 for taxes. look at the 12 and the 1
if one twelfth of the income is 45 then it is just common sense to say okay then 12 times 45 is the whole amount
