Be happy. Depression is when you wallow in your misery. You took a step in the right direction by wanting to ward off depression. Although the problems that you encounter may seem too heavy for you, everyone else has their own set of problems. It's just that some handle it better then others. Don't dwell on what problems come you way but PLAN on how to make your life better and happier.
Do volunteer work to help others. Join social groups. You can start with your church. Keep yourself busy and productive.
Youl already know that in spite of a tough childhood and a rocky marriage, you're still hanging in there. You WILL overcome it because you want to. Keep working at it. You can do it!!!

i do no longer weight-raise, yet i understand that doing so will advance the organic endorphins on your physique which mimic the effect of an anti-depressant. Theoretically, any actual pastime has this earnings. in case you're able to be able to desire to weight-raise, i might decrease it to three minutes regular, so as that your blood-stages r) emain consistent. Doing it too often (enormously and not making use of a coach's training) could reason greater harm and fatigue than no longer. yet as quickly as I have been you, i might carry out a little weight-lifting and supplement that with some cardio workout for a jiffy an afternoon -- the two are the two effectual, and that way you're strengthening your cardiovascular device too -- no longer in user-friendly terms your muscle tissues. stable luck.

Depression is a state of mind, which is well within your own control.
You are the master of your own destiny, because what you think. will determine your actions. Let me elaborate:
If you think that your life situation is horrible and is causing you to be depressed. What do you think will be the result?
However, if you think that you had a tough childhood, but want an improvement in your life from now onwards. What do you think will be the result? You would start looking for ways to improve your situation, right?
So, start being positive in your thinking! Do not feel that the situation is hopeless and beyond your control. There's always a solution to all problems. Be positive and look for the solution! You will find it if you look for it! "Seek and yee shall find."

I often get depressed due to family and relationship problems but I always try and find something to keep myself occupied and not think about what it is that's getting me down. Maybe have a guys night out with some friends or spend some quality time with your wife like treat her to dinner or doing something you both enjoy.

If you have any other problems just let meknow because I'm always available to talk.
