It does depend on what exercises and how often you do them. But with exercise I found most of the changes that occurred in the first month didn't show a lot. Not that they weren't there, it's just that they didn't show much. Like I did a million sit-ups, and not much showed. Not that those six pack muscles I was trying to get weren't developing.... they were! but it took awhile to get rid of fat that was on top of them. Dieting helps but be careful, especially when you are starting a new exercise regiment. When I dieted, the changes happened in my face first. Kinda looked sickly at first. Remember, dieting makes you lose something (fat). Exercising make you gain something (muscle). So if you are exercising, you need to give your body the needed fuel. Don't get discourage if you don't see the results you are looking for right away. Even though you can't see 'em... they are still there.
Start slow..... and add a little every few days. And most important..... MAKE IT FUN! Otherwise, you won't stick with it.

There may be some changes but you will get better results if you diet as well. Diet is extremely important. To slim your body you must:

Burn more calories than you eat.

Cut your fat intake.

Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.

Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat.

Do 20 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.

I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%

Be Blessed

if you do the right type exercises. usually (with intense exercise, like running, fitness, aerobics) you build your muscles and your body changes - less fat more muscles. the best area to see the improvement after a month of exercise is (usually) your abdomen muscles. but don't expect miracles after a month

yes, after 1 month of exercise, your body & face will be aged by another month than the body & face prior to starting exercise.

Likely there will be, but I can't predict what they will be without knowing your body type and the exercises you'll be doing.

Then I couldn't be sure.
