Well, as long as she doesn't leave the house looking like that. I can tell you, though, that it would be kind of weird having my mom walk around with just a bra and mini skirt even if she didn't have big ****. I don't think any kid wants to see their parent or parents wander around practically naked. Talk to her, maybe she'll put on a T-shirt or something.

as for jsut wearing a bra and a mini, that's a little weird.
does she have a husband?
as long as she doesn't leave the house like that, it's fine.
but if it's bugging you confront her about it. if you wanna save both of you some embaresment, try asking her to go shopping w/ you and pick out some modest outfits for her.

Just tell her its embarrassing you, she'll probably say its her house and she can do what she likes. Never know though she might put a shirt on.

no its not OK. as a mother she should be setting a better example than that. i know i am a mother of five and i always dressed appropriately in front of my children.
