So I've been seeing this girl for 3 wks now and things are going great. We've been out 4-5 times and she seems really into it. But the problem is that she never contacts me first (phone, email, texts, etc?). Whenever I call her, she answers right away and we talk for about an hour, but she never calls me first. I'm just confused that she never makes the first move? I don't want to expend myself and seem needy. But I like this girl a lot and don't want to mess it up? Do I just ignore her? and wait ? What's the best way to keep her interested? I'm confused.

The fact that you are the one chasing her is a wonderful beginning.
But to be fair, you do pose a good argument whether the girl is really interested in you or just being cordial.
A good test would be for you to occupy your mind with other things in life aside from thoughts about and regarding her. Fill your calendars with activities that will give you personal accomplishments and fulfillment.
However, I need to ask you to ask yourself this question: when you do talk over the phone for an hour - mostly - what do you talk about? Is the convesation a give-and-take or a one-way street, that say - every penny she puts in, you give a full dollar-load of topic disemmation, or vise-versa? Have you had the chance to closely valuate the pattern of your conversations together?
Also, when you're together on a date, have you observed her body language, her facial expressions? Did you observe those silent cues that she emits?

I don't think she is playing games and she is definitely interested in you. Some girls think the guy is supposed to initiate all the time.
I know she is interested because she answers right away and you talk on the phone for an hour.
Just keep initiating and treat her right.

i think that she may be playing hard to get.
call like at the end of the week to ask her out on a date. if she says yes then after the date tell her you'll call her the next day. and if she seems interested ask her to call you later on.
and then like every 2-3 days call.

most girls still find it embarassing to make the first move. Anyway, just call her to come out. I think girls like that. They like it when a guy plan out the day for them. what they are going to do. where they are going to eat, how are they going to get there.... yeah, that may seem spoil but girls seem to enjoy that. Anyway, those type of girls usually turn me off.

wait two days or even three, if she really likes you shill call , if not call her , say hi would like to see more of you , make date , see what her resections are to you , you can tell on the date by the way she aks, if she really likes you or is she avoiding you, you can tell ,dose she want to be close to you , yes or no, if she dose then you know , look in her eyes, is there something there , you can see

Some girls are like this and i would keep calling her...What you can do is tell her its ok for her to call you....
