It is inconceivable if the Christian family is like the Christians of Yahoo Answers who display a total lack of logic,
or if the Christian family had the Jewish family on one side and the Muslim family on the other,
which would see the Christian praying on the Sunday
and the Jew on Friday evening to Saturday evening,
while the Muslim prayed five times every day,
which would annoy the Christian.
The Jew would eventually build a wall to keep out the Christian converters, and we can go on and on about this ridiculous question of yours...............

Why not? We do in my neighborhood. I am a muslim woman, and my family and I own and live in a house right across the street from one of the most popular church/schools of the city. that, and it has a rocking festival every year with great rides. The first year we lived here, my husband gave up all of his tickets to me after the first ride, "Freak Out".

Of course not. Would a peaceful Christian, Muslim or Jewish family wish to fight if they truly practiced their faith peacefully.

I'd say it would depend on where in the world you were. It would not be a problem in the US, where intolerance is the exception, and not the norm.

Sadly, that seems to make some people VERY angry:

Qur’an 5:51
“Believers, take not Jews and Christians for your friends. They are but friends and protectors to each other.”

How about a muslim, druid, and a christian all working in the same room. Thats the way it was at one place I worked at. We sat about 3 feet apart.

No, not at all...in a place where we have respect and love (unfortunately, not in this country anymore), we are allowed to disagree in peace, and perhaps even enjoy some good debate and the friendship that this produces.

i share my LAB with Christians, Jews and let me also add Hindu freinds. and we all live in the same flat. we have lots of parties & picnics together -- the ones without drinks ofcourse. last year we all went to India for our vacations with our Hindu freinds. its really cool to live here in Far East rather than elsewhere, why?. ALL people irrespective of their -- religion and culture -- are respected here. we love it here but when we look at the rest of the world we are scared, that even out lands will be corrupted one day..

This is entirely possible. Each theoretically believes that the others are creatures of God, and so of infinite worth. When they begin praying for each other (NOT for conversion), this would be a sign of progress.

haha. nice question. ;)
i think if it was in a smaller town, where if you said you were gay you would be shunned by all, then yea. that would be weird.

but if it were new york or something then i think it would be okay.

btw, your useof the word "inconceivable" reminds me of The Princess Bride. :p
