Nearly every surah except 9 (i think) begins with talking about the mercy and graciousness of allah. But in most surahs, there is talk of killing and murdering in the name of allah. Not only does this expose the Quran as a contradictory book, it also exposes allah as a double standard "god". Mohammad, the man who took down the Quran, manipulated the book by adding surahs whenever he needed to do something considered bad, and thus justified his wrongdoing. What kind of religion would promote the killing of innocents? I suppose that begs the question: If not Catholic Crusades, then what. Each person should carefully consider whether the Bible (the insipred word of God) promotes such heinous action. I urge every Muslim not to listen to me, but to research this themselves.

Long Jail time (maybe for life) and he And his relatives have to pay the family. This is the case of normal killing cases, as fight or others. But if he intentionally targeted them on the street and terorised them then the punishment become the death penalty plus his hands and legs will be cutted off! Even if he killed a Muslims some time he will not face the death penalty! There are details for all of such huge punishments about when to apply and when not! It is like any advance laws, there are always details and exceptions.

Let's read the verse in context 9:1-9:5:
Freedom from obligation (is proclaimed) from Allah and His messenger toward those of the idolaters with whom ye made a treaty. Travel freely in the land four months, and know that ye cannot escape Allah and that Allah will confound the disbelievers (in His Guidance). And a proclamation from Allah and His messenger to all men on the day of the Greater Pilgrimage that Allah is free from obligation to the idolaters, and (so is) His messenger. So, if ye repent, it will be better for you; but if ye are averse, then know that ye cannot escape Allah. Give tidings (O Muhammad) of a painful doom to those who disbelieve, Excepting those of the idolaters with whom ye (Muslims) have a treaty, and who have since abated nothing of your right nor have supported anyone against you. (As for these), fulfil their treaty to them till their term. Lo! Allah loveth those who keep their duty (unto Him). Then, when the sacred months have passed, slay the idolaters wherever ye find them, and take them (captive), and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush. But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor-due, then leave their way free. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (PICKTHAL Translation, Quran 9:1-5)
Says the same damned thing, that if you try to change people for4 months and they refuse, kill them.

The PROPAGANDA is already prepared!

Great Web site--now if you could only get
The KILLERS and Shaheed Belt MONSTERS to read it --
then they could stop killing the innocent people WORLD WIDE!
~~~~~~~~~~`
"Fight and slay the pagans (infidels) wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war." - Sura 9:5
"Prophet, make war on unbelievers and hypocrites, and deal rigorously with them." - Sura 9:73
"Let not the unbelievers think they will ever get away. They have not the power to do so. Muster against them all the men and cavalry at your command, so that you may strike terror into the enemy of God and your enemy... Prophet, (Muhammed) rouse the faithful to arms! If they (the non-Muslims) incline to peace (accept Islam) make peace with them." - Sura 8:59
"If they reject your judgement, know that it is Allah's wish to scourge them for their sins." - Sura 5:49
"Believers (Muslims), take neither Jews nor Christians to be your friends: they are friends with one another. Whoever of you seeks their friendship shall become one of their number, and God does not guide (those Jewish and Christian) wrong-doers." - Sura 5:51
Yes, sadly it does,...for some reason many muslims don't know this and they are following a religion that is physically forced by possible decapitation,...this was predicted in Revelations in the Bible to happen in that last days,...the muslim religion might very well be the start of that era that fulfills that prophecy.
The Sura 5:51 is more hypocritical, if you don't want to make friends with anyone but your own (Muslims), then you're teaching hate and hate is equivalent of evil.
It's not how do we explain those verses, its how does Bin Laden explain those verses, as well as other fundamentalist muslims. They are the ones who are killing innocents and non-muslims. They are the ones who are beheading innocents. They are the ones who are launching suicide bombs into civillian centers. So your question shouldn't be directed towards non-muslims, it should be directed towards muslims. After all they are the ones doing the killing of innocents, not the non-muslims
WHAT THE QUR’AN SAYS. The familiar term jihad, often translated holy war, literally means struggle. Many Muslims emphasize that jihad is about struggling against evil desires and, if necessary, defending one’s homeland and religious heritage. "Fight for the sake of God those that fight against you, but do not attack them first. God does not love the aggressors. Slay them wherever you find them. Drive them out of the places from which they drove you. Idolatry is more grievous than bloodshed.... Fight against them until idolatry is no more and God’s religion reigns supreme." (Qur’an 2:190-192) [Note: Qur’anic quotes from N.J.Dawood’s English translation (The Koran, Penguin Books, UK, 1993)]. A favorite verse of moderate Muslims is 2:256 which says: "Let there be no compulsion in religion. True guidance is now distinct from error." Militant Muslims, however, will point you to numerous Qur’anic texts where Muhammad (as Allah’s spokesman) commands his followers to fight and subdue all who resist Islam. What leads young men to volunteer to die for the privilege of killing others "for the cause of Allah"? Could it have something to do with the fact that Islam offers no certain hope of heaven to any of its adherents, with one exception? Consider these few Qur’anic verses...
· "As for those who are slain in the cause of God, He will not allow their works to perish. ... He will admit them to the Paradise He has made known to them." (47:4-6)
· "Let those who would exchange the life of this world for the hereafter, fight for the cause of God; whether he dies or triumphs, We shall richly reward him. ... The true believers fight for the cause of God, but the infidels fight for the devil. Fight then against the friends of Satan ..." (4:74,76)
· "The believers who stay at home––apart from those that suffer a grave impediment––are not the equals of those who fight for the cause of God with their goods and their persons. God has given those that fight with their goods and their persons a higher rank than those who stay at home ..." (4:95,96)
· "Slay the idolaters wherever you find them. ... lie in ambush everywhere for them. If they repent and take to prayer and render the alms levy, allow them to go their way ..." (9:5)
· "Those that make war against God and His apostle and spread disorder in the land shall be put to death or crucified or have their hands and feet cut off on alternate sides, or be banished from the land. They shall be held up to shame in this world and sternly punished in the hereafter: except those that repent before you reduce them ..." (5:34,35)
· "Make war on them until idolatry shall cease and God’s religion shall reign supreme" (8:39)
· "Prophet, rouse the faithful to arms. If there are twenty steadfast men among you, they shall vanquish two hundred; and if there are a hundred, they shall rout a thousand unbelievers, for they are devoid of understanding." (8:65)
· "Fight against such of those to whom the Scriptures were given ... and do not embrace the true Faith, until they pay tribute out of hand and are utterly subdued." (9:29)
The Qur’an contains scores of similar verses.
Most Muslim Scholars see the world divided into two "houses"—the House of Peace (Dar Al-Salaam) and the House of War (Dar Al-Harb). The general idea is that Muslims belong to the House of Peace, while those who have not yet submitted to Islam belong to the House of War until they are "utterly subdued." However, even this distinction is often blurred since militant Muslims (who take the above verses at face value) also include moderate Muslims in the House of War.
