well its different for each person but it took about 9 days till i saw results. for my mother it only took 1 month, and for my aunt well its still hasn't showed any results and she has been on it for 1 1/2 months. so i guess it depends on your size and how much you exercise. allthough it doesnt show resolts right away it does make you a lot happier and more energized in about a week or so.
