In the study of comparative religion, an Abrahamic religion or Judeo-Abrahamic Faith is any religion deriving from a common ancient Semitic tradition and traced by their adherents to Abraham ("Father/Leader of many" Hebrew אַבְרָהָם ("Avraham") Arabic ابراهيم ("Ibrahim"), a patriarch whose life is narrated in the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament, and as a prophet in the Qur'an and also called a prophet in Genesis 20:7. This forms a large group of largely monotheistic religions, including Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Mandaeism, and the Bahá'í Faith

Sorry!

But Christianity is in no way monotheistic as trinitheism is more than one god dressed up to look like one and this does not work in monotheism.

Bible is a Trick and does not represent the Islam of Ibrahim. Old Testament is corruption of Hebrew Scripture

Monotheism is ONE GOD and ONENESS means that there is ONLY ONE and therefore NOTHING to COMPARE with THE ONE to the point that there is no Pardner for ONE and no way of even gaining an IMAGE of ONE.

ONE has no need of offspring.

The Greatest Commandment is 1 God.

Truth is not the monopoly of any religion. Abrahmic religions gave a special set of religion to the people of special mind-set.

Eastern relgions on the other hand not only gave, what Abrahmic religions offered, they also went ahead with analysis of human psyche and the purpose behind the univese and our life

Eastern religions (particularly hindus and buddists) have given wonderful explanations of universe

Yoga is the biggest gift of hindus...yoga is beyond all religions and works for the betterment of mind and body and finally leads us to enlightenment

You can have different religions all starting at the same point, and travel down different paths. But there is only one path that leads to God. Jesus said "I Am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me". Jesus is the only path to God, all other paths lead to destruction.

there's a great difficulty with correlations and you're conversing of a double-edged sword, taking the utter subjective end. you're forgetting that mutually as some psychological tactics in religious and psychotic phenomena certainly resemble one yet another, they could additionally be jointly contradictory. case in point, snoozing pills could help an insomniac, mutually as one with an addictive nature could . . . become addicted and spiral downward. can we provide up the businesses from making snoozing pills? faith has been ordinary to help human beings mentally . . . inspite of the incontrovertible fact that I agree that one companies to suffering psychosis could have problems with it purely as something interior the international. you are able to need extra empirical data to help your declare in that faith itself is psychotic as against that some human beings working in direction of faith are the difficulty. there's a line. the those that have blindly agreed with you in all probability have not any clue of the character of psychology. there continues to be somewhat a debate occurring. as a result I believe lipgloss-junkie.

Not very swift.

Bahia is an Outcast sect of islam-- just for one point.

Judeo - Abrahamic??
Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob sounds closer!

Islam is 600 years old - to put it in ancient Bible perspective is just giving them ""Lip Service"". The Q screwed up so much they got very little correct.

Abraham (Peace be upon him) had 2 sons - Ishmael and Ishaac (Peace be upon them).
Abraham (Peace be upon him) was the one who built the House of Allah (Kaabah) in Makkah, Saudi Arabia along with Ishmael (Peace be upon him) .

All the Prophets from Adam (Peace be upon him) to Muhammed (Peace be upon him) preached the oneness of God (monotheism). It was the people who went astray and/or disobeyed. Also, certain Kings eg. The Pharoah who lived in the time of Moses (Peace be upon him) claimed to be God.

Abraham (Peace be upon him) was "the Friend of Allah".
God saved Abraham (Peace be upon him) from the fire of Nimrod.
Isaac (Peace be upon him) is the 'father' of the Jews, whereas Ishmael (Peace be upon him) is the 'father' of the Arabs. Isaac (Peace be upon him) had a child that he called Jacob (Peace be upon him). From among the descendants of Jacob (Peace be upon him) was Joseph [Yusuf] (Peace be upon him).
The three faiths that can be directly linked to Abraham (Peace be upon him) are: Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
Unfortunately, Christianity was "tampered" with, thus resulting in a shift away from monotheism.
You should read "The Gospel of Barnabas" and the Quraanic translation to find out the truth!.
"The Gospel of Barnabas" was written by a disciple of Jesus (Peace be upon him) and proves that he is a Prophet.

All the religions on earth are from same God. And if He sent someone to speak of Him, that means He can always send someone whenever He wishes. No one simply can say that now God cannot send someone. The question is that who is the authority? Definitely God Himself is the authority. So if someone who claims that God Himself has told him to convey his message to people, then it is our responsibility to listen to him and see if any of his teaching is against the nature of God, then realize that it is not right teaching. What is nature of God? God is love.
