I have 2 10lb dumbells and 2 30lb dumbells. All I know to do with them is curls. I can do the 30lb ones 20 times and then I can't do anymore for a bit. Is there anything else I can do with dumbells besides curls if I don't have a bench press?

dumbell side laterals for the medial delts (the shoulders)
dumbell fly laying on the floor (for the chest)
hack squat legs
Lunges one leg at a time
front lateral raises shoulders
sitiing tricep extensions triceps
leg curls hamstrings
