i have one good presentation cd....made by my own. i want to sale that cd but i want to know how can i lock that cd...so piracy not possible....anyone could not able to do duplicate of that cd?

Presentation CD? Selling your services? No software is uncrackable. Even Sony's attempts at DRM have been circumvented. You're probably better off applying a Creative Commons License to it ( http://creativecommons.org/ ).

While this would be a good thing, it is not possible. If you do a raw copy of a CD this will even copy any sort of protection that you put on it. i.e. the Copy will be exactly like the original CD. So, unfortunately, this is not possible. Instead, you should put a watermark on each picture, as suggested. That way even if someone copies your CD, your business logo will also be spread around - this might even be good for business.

I think you need to find out how to make it a "read only" file on your CD

you can do that .... if you want protect your picture its better way to use some water mark or present the cd in flash format.

no matter how a picture is put on a computer there is always a way to take a copy of it....welcome to the digital world.

read only files CAN be copied. go to securom (http://www.securom.com/) and check into that. Otherwise, anti-piracy can really only be built into applications.
