There are always negative aspects to any person's day. I think the happier people are focussed on the positive and are grateful for what they have to work with, just as they are positioned in life. It probably takes practice with affirmations to bend your outlook to a more anxiety-free outlook. To begin, one has to notice what thoughts are making you miserable and anxious. This in itself, is probably the hardest work. Depending on who you are this requires time by yourself, journaling, talking with someone who is a good listener, or meditating! The other part is to envision the life you want that makes you uniquely content and happy. The journey of attaining that life should give you satisfaction as long as you are on that road to your definition of a life well lived. Of course, being miserable and anxious is kind of a natural reaction to this world, I think. You are not alone and probably sensitive. If the negative impacts of your anxiety is overwhelming then I suggest cognitive therapy over medicating yourself since it was found that cognitive therapy has more lasting effects than medicating oneself. I struggle with this as I think any "sensible" person does. Good luck and good journey all of you.

This sounds like it could be some symptoms of depression. Are these new feelings for you or have you felt like this for quite awhile? If there are specific situations that cause you to have anxiety, it would be wise to attempt to evaluate those situations in order to find the association with the anxiety. I would also suggest talking to a support person such as a family member or close friend. It may be wise to begin seeing a therapist.

that could be a long list of things ..\
Do you eat right ?
Do you exercise?
So you just come home from work and then just sit in front of the TV ?
Let me tell you what I do to make me feel better ...
I exercise 4 X a week and walk EVERY night with my dog
I drink lots of water 75 oz a day
(this ALONE can make a difference TRUST ME because the body does some weird things when you are dehydrated)
Do you sleep well?
I do NOT associate with negative people
I even find myself keeping my circle very small to kill any pending drama that might go down
(this could be part of your problem as well)
MISERY DOES INDEED LOVE COMPANY
do you take vitamins and eat right ??
Are you in a relationship that you are not happy with ??
are you in debt ?
Finally I am going to tell you my philosophy on stuff
driving you crazy
YOU MIGHT WANT TO REMEMBER THIS ..this is a very extreme point of veiw but VERY TRUE
Mental illnesses seem to be caused by other peoples actions..
why do I say that ?
Look at charles Manson ..he was a normal child as a kid until his mother and her boyfriend abused him simply because she wanted a girl instead of a boy she dressed him up in dresses and constantly abused him verbally
and physically and look what ended up happening
Many serial killers and psychos were ALL abused as a child
and ended up crazy and everyone of them was normal as a kid

Its not so serious thing u can be out from this kind of thing just what u need is u need a person to whome u can trust more then your self
in simple words you need a "A simple and True Friend " who could talk to u who could watch and read you and to whome u can share your all kind of problems so that you will be over come form your all kind of thinkings and problems..............!
Just what First Find the true friend wich is 90% dificult

My answer to this for myself goes back to something I learned in Hare Krsna philosophy; that physical existence, in the material world just IS miserable and there's nothing we can do about it, but try to free ourselves from its traps, by following religious laws and breaking attachments to physical enjoyments, seeking spiritual perfection and happiness supposedly eventually coming about as a result of that seeking.

it can be depression, it can be that you care for something you want or need so much but it is just out of your reach and it can get frustrating.
