Nothing is an offence unless expressly provided in law. There is a difference between illegal and not legal. If your acts or omissions does not constitute an offence and does not harm or deter any-body's interest then it is allowed.

You may get done for indecent exposure if done in the day time. I should think it is in fact OK though as if you go camping you can go for a dump in a field. The owner will probably be pissed off at you though.
