Read newspapers. Watch TV News. Observe Cricket Commentaries. Try to comment when the match is going on. Dont afraid. Join some English courses. Try and speak whatever u know Englist irrespective of grammatical mistakes.

First of all dont mix hindi or ur mother tongue with English like u did in ur question.Instead use proper english words.Secondly read good books in english.Read English newspapers everyday and try finding new words in the dictionary everyday.

Watch a bunch of movies in English, preferably with the English subtitles on. The more you hear and see it the better your English will get. Look up the words you may not know. :)
