there is this pilates video called the Winsdor Pilates 20 minute workout, its awesome. Its hell to do in the begining and I managed 20 minutes after like doing it for 12 days but its totally worth it, I had a total thigh issue (just had a baby in december)... I feel they are so much better now and tighter. pilates seems best for toning

resistance moving the knees together and apart. my doctor had me put a childs plastic ball between my knees and squeeze

squats, any type of deadlift, and glute ham raises.
