I'm assuming you are talking about 1 year. It might be fun to get together all the pictures of you guys from the past year and put together a scrapbook of the first year of your guys' relationship.

Paper is the traditional gift for first anniversaries. How about concert tickets? Or movie tickets? Something that would be fun for you two to enjoy together.

To give worthy suggestions it would help to know your ages, but sans that; Tickets to see Music, Theater, some event you know he will love. The key to a gift is to make it say; see how well I know you?
Anything that does that is a good and memorable gift.

My boyfriend and I just had our one year anniversary yesterday, and since neither of us had a lot of extra money to spend, I made him a big heart shaped card out of poster board and put pictures of us all over it with sayings and writing.

blow up a great picture of the two of you and get a great frame. Maybe a 5x7. Take a bunch of pictures and make him a scrap book. Dont forget to get him a great card. Dont know how old you are but maybe get yourself something sexy and model it for him. Good luck. Congratulations on your one year!

All guys really want are sexual favors. I know a guy wouldn't feel that good if you gave them a real gift. It would just make him feel like he owes you something.
