When you kiss the ones you love, youre enjoying every moment of that kiss.. I guess you really feel it .. you close your eyes because you feel the passion and force and want..and hopefully not lust.

Closing your eyes is a reflex to things getting close to the eyes. Everyone closes them at least briefly.
There really is no significance to reopening eyes.
Most do not because it uncomforable to look at anything that close and focus will be off. If you look at your own hand starting close as if you notice its out of focus till you move a few inches away. Its not fun to have blurry vision.

It keeps the mood going and you really get to use all your other senses. before a kiss your eyes are the main sense. and i find if eyes are open someone always cracks under pressure and starts laughing, which can be fun to, but i prefer the eyes closed approach

Besides, a kiss is all about a mixture of intimacy and mystery. It's better if you can close your eyes and just think sweet thoughts about the other person rather than staring at their blackheads or the stray hairs between their brows.
