I have a very hard time knowing it is a flirt. I normally just think they are being nice. They pretty much have to try to make me understand they are intrested.
I had one girl come up and tell me how nice my sweater was. And one kept bumping into me while I was setting in a chair in a club. I was too dumb to take the hint till later then I understood. But stil maybe one did just like my shirt and the othe might have been having a hard time getting past me. Who knows.
I had a few that just came up and started talking to me. A couple of them just simply ask me out and I have had a few buy me a drink. Some ask me to dance.
Now that I am 48 years old I hear how much of a hottie I was when I was younger.. Too bad no one would tell me that when I was younger. I might have had the nerve to go say hi so some of these women. I spent my life thinking I was on the ugly side and that I would just get turned down by women so I left them alone most of the time unless thay came set in my lap or something..

When a girl acts like herself!
I want to fall for her and not how she interacts at a bar! I want to fall for her for her own unique mannerisms, and her little idiosyncracies.
I want to find out what makes her tick and flirting is all about the thrill of the chase.
Be yourself and let the guy discover who you are.
(having that said, this plan may only work if you are sharp, witty, funny, intelligent and goodlooking)

a) Listens w/ her eyes as well as her ears.
b) Let me know a side of her she has not shared with anyone else.
c) Sit close, rub against, scratch his chin and call him a special, masculine, name.
d) Send him a post cards w/ a clue where you would like to meet him Friday night.

oh cikies!... i'm shy, so if a girl did do something...
- physical touch (gentle ones - holding hands, petting, etc...)
- backrubs/neckrubs, etc...
- play with his hair.
- playfully steal his hat/beanie/visor. tell him you wanna wear it.
- talk softer when you're around him. and look him in the eyes. give him little smiles--and mean them.
- proximity (move closer so he can feel your body heat, and smell your nice girl-smell) ;)
- tell him you're cold (and then inch closer to him, haha--if he's smart, he'll give you a good snuggle...or more)
- surprise him, and dress like him for a day! (i thought my friend, colleen, was cute as hell when she borrowed a pair of my UFO pants one day hehehe) :P
- send him a message/note using only song titles
- find out a band he likes, then find a song that has "romantic-ish" lyrics. smile devilishly and ask him if he knows the song.
- compliments ALWAYS work magick! everybody likes to be complimented, and made to feel good!
- find songs with lyrics that describe how you feel towards him, and play them for him, while you're hanging out together
- if you can play an instrument, or sing, play him a song you wrote
- hiccup. as funny as it sounds, some girls have really funny, cute hiccups. i. don't know. O_o
- if he's in a band, go to his show(s) and rock out. if he's a DJ, be right in front of the turntables, watch and smile as he spins his set. dance and just groove!
- hang out with him after said band show or DJ set. let him know he rocked. offer to buy him a drink for kicing so much ***. :)
- ask him to teach you something on his instrument. play around and have fun--but don't forget about that 'touching thing'--ask him to help you hold the guitar, or position your hands, or whatever.... ;)
- ask him to play for you, when you two hang out--even if he says he's not that good, say, that's ok...you'll be surprised at what the presence of a Lady can bring out in a musician's playing... :) --and give him your undivided attention.
- if you're at a club, or a rave, dance with him. and ONLY him. ask him to teach you some moves or glowstick tricks.
... hmm... i'm sure there's more... but, being a musician, i kinda have my own little quirky ideas... ::shrugs:: to each their own!

Thare are many things a girl can do to get noticed, but to get someone to like her takes a lot more, even if she is very pretty. However to seduce a guy does not take any effort :-)))

I had a girl come up and scratch my back. She said that she had been flirting with me before but I had never noticed. She was right. I had never noticed. Its hard to miss a good back scratch though.
