I dont if you all saw my other post, but my question reworded is, am I stupid for excepting both science and God. Can I actually view God as the greatest scientist of all or am I just taking the slow route to atheism?

There's no black or white, here. This is a very gray area. You can accept science to a certain extent, and still be a Christian. After all, God made scientists to help us better understand the world he created. I believe many, almost all parts of science. But I also know that it is, in fact, God who created the world and everyone in it.

If you're talking about the big bang theory or the monkey theory, then no. You can't believe both.

Everyone has doubt but the only thing I can tell u is have faith and pray. We go through a lot in our life and we question God existence, I have, plenty of times but in the end I've come to realize, there's a God and A Jesus and sometimes it's hard to except because the road gets hard and rocky. Just keep believing in God and u will understand what I have written

There are many great scientists that accepted science and God....with their merits evidence for their intelligence. In the end we will either find God to know it all, and we have a lot to learn, or...find out that there is no more yet to learn...and so we have become God. Interpret how you wish.
Good luck

I don't think you can because God made everything and no one can tell him if he did anything wrong. On the other hand scientist make mistakes so you can't depend on scientist. I wouldn't say you are stupid but you need to go with what God says because he never and WILL never lie or make mistakes

You don't have to be Christian to believe in God. There is one God, just different ways to get to him.

Christians have everyone scared that they have it all right and no one else can possibly be right.

As long as you are a good person and you know God the way you need to, then you know you are right.

no ur not stupid did you know einstein actually stated that "i want to know what god thinks because all we see are the details" and newton also believed in god so two of the most influential scientists believed in god and i believe both as well you should read the book angels and demons by dan brown

Accepting God brings about questions that you should research. It's always best to investigate on your own to find the answers you seek. Researching your curiosity in any subject is not a bad thing. God doesn't get angry at you for studying and researching to find the truth.

Yes, you are stupid for accepting both, or at least deluded. Actually, I've found that Christians aren't generally stupid. They just have blinders on when it comes to their god belief. They can be highly skeptical, demanding evidence for anything someone says, yet buy into the whole Christian superstition without question.

Religion and science are opposites.

Religion makes claims of absolute truths then tries to find evidence to support the claims, throwing out evidence that doesn't match. Sometimes it is forced to "re-interpret" what it said is abolute truth when faced with too much contrary evidence.

Science takes evidence and tries to find an explanation for it. It readily accepts that its explanations aren't perfect and are liable to change given new evidence. It doesn't make any absolute claims. It always says what assumptions its claims are based on.

Maybe by this question, you're taking a faster route to atheism.

Uuuh, well I believe that God created science...I'm a Christian and have been my whole life and never intend on changing that...so I guess I can't say that you're wrong. But if you're doubting your faith then I might have to say differently...I guess I just need more information than that.
