I saw Bill Clinton speek on Jon Stewart's the Daily show about how people should mobilize to make a change in this world. What he had to say stuck with me.

Think hard about it--what has moved you, saddened you, or angered you? Whatever it is, that is the one you should choose. As long as you're passionate about it, you will make a difference. How about Big Brothers Big Sisters? There's a lot of kids out there that are teetering on the edge, and they just need a push in the right direction. Give from what God has blessed you with. If He has blessed you with good health, volunteer at a children's hospital. If He has blessed you with money, give to the needy. If He has blessed you with intelligence, become a mentor/tutor in an underprivileged school. I hope you find what you're looking for.
