Tell your boyfriend that he had better run and hide instead of getting Satan's story. You are a smart girl since you know that Satan is a Liar or should I say THE LIAR of all liars. Your friend is asking for trouble.

Well, they say Satan is a liar, but what if the people who say that are the liars, and Satan is a scapegoat? At any rate, I'll bet he tells an interesting story. Just don't play cards with him or try to out-fiddle him or anything.
Of course, on the other hand, Satan is a story, so there's probably not much of an other side.

Satan isn't inherently a bad figure in the Bible, he's merely misunderstood. I know that sounds trite, but hear me out. He's supposed to be in charge of making sure humans get their just punishment for their sins, so he's given a mission by God to tempt humans to sin. If the human bites, he was never a believer in God and should rightly be sent to hell. The problem is that Satan got a little overenthusiastic and started trying a little to hard to find humans guilty of sin. All Satan really is is a sort of divine prosecuter, where God is the ultimate judge and Jesus (or also God) is the defense attorny. All serve their useful purpose, but just like the average defendant is against the justice process, so is the average human against Satan. You are accused of evil and Satan's gonna try to find it in you, bring it out, and show God so you'll get an eternal prison sentences in hell, while Jesus/God is trying to keep you on the straight and narrow. Satan may be a liar, but he's always been and must always be a servant of God the all-powerful and all-knowing.
So, in this story, Satan isn't really a bad guy himself, just a very, very good district attourny in God's court. I would suggest him as a patron for lawyers everywhere (oh, wait...)

Satan will do anything to make himself look like the hero and God look like he is a very controlling person. He will also try to tell you that you might as well go his way. Because we are such sinners he will try to tell us that we aren't worthy of God so his way is what we will choose in the end. He will try to get you to have fun now and tell you that if you follow him you will have all the fun you want. God knows that we may face trials now but we be rewared in the end. I also believe that you can still have fun as a christian and that it is a rewarding experience. Like the saying goes if HE can bring you to it He will see you through it. Satan is very decietful and you should stay away from him. Tell Satan in the name of Jesus Christ get behind me Satan. Don't listen to
Satan he will lead you astray stay far away!!!!

I do not want to get Satan's side of the story, as I already know his side of the story.
Muhammad told us that every human has a Satan inside. When asked whether he also had it inside him, he told us that Satan inside him converted to Islam.
So basically Satan is the evil nature inside a human and it has no effect if the persons good nature is much much stronger.

No,if Satan is the Father of lies then he wouldn't keep his story straight if I was to sit down and hear his side.

Many years ago I learned what Satan was all about, and I worshiped him at the time. Then I learned of the truth, Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.
I already know Lucy's side of the story, and it is not worth the time to listen. LIES LIES LIES.

it would depend if we wer going to get satans side or lucifers. We are taught that they are the same entity but there not. lucifer was cast down from heaven satan is the name given to the devil. i think the two would give very different accounts of what transpired way back when...

Let's entertain this silly question for a moment. First we have to pretend that there is such a thing as Satan, OK for arguments sake, he exists. Also for arguments sake, we will accept the "bible" as "evidence".
In this bible, "God" is reported to have committed billions of acts of murder (slaughter) on man and beast alike, God has started huge fires (arson), caused massive floods, confusion, and loads of other mayhem.
In this same document we accept as evidence, we find that:
Satan is only accused of rebelling against this "God", no other crimes, sedition... Isn't this Satan character morally superior to the God character found in the Bible? by any standard?
