Nope. This is coming from a nice guy. Granted, many people in general don't notice nice people. That could be a problem in society. Virtues goes unnoticed where bad deeds does. I have learned over time that being nice isn't a bad thing. Never confuse goodness and niceness with being romantic and charming.
I like to learn to be nice, but have backbone at the same time. Be the most wonderful person in the world for someone, but be prepared to split if he or she is unappreciative and mean to you. Nice guys/girls don't finish last. Unassertive people do.

Not necessarily, but sometimes it does seem that way. The trouble with nice people is that not-so-nice people will find a way to take advantage of them. And nice people try to accommodate everyone. It's sort of a vicious circle. But given a choice, I definitely would choose the nice guy over the bad one. So in that case, the nice guy would reach the finish line first.....

Well, at least they finish. They are usually the ones who end up in nice stable relationships, because the bad boys/girls are just for fun =)

Wimps and losers label strong personalities as jerks so as to validate their own inadequacies.
You can be a nice person an finish first.

They never finish last, because the means they had a chance to start and no one want nice people they just want to complain about no finding any. and when they do you are put into the "Good Friend" category and will never be allowed to date!!

No, I don't think that. Nice guys end up with the finest women, that's a fact. And, being nice guys they usually look for niceness in their mate. So, it's a win-win situation.
