As a virgin guy,I would expect her to say,as I would have told her already. Women should be proud of being virigins, its the coolest thing in this highly sexual world. Dont just give it up girl hang on to it,your time is coming, but what I know 4 sure is that it hurst.

in my younger days i deflowered 7 virgins. some i knew were not and some were that i thought were not. none of them said anything to me about being a virgin. i wish they had. it would have helped me be better prepared. i think you should have a frank, open discussion with him and tell him how you feel about it being your first time. he may not really want to be your first. sometimes guys feel pressured into a sexual act because they think that is what the woman expects. your first time should not be with a friend, things could get awkward latter. your first time should be with someone you love(or at least think you are). remember to have safe sex and do not forget the KY jelly. it will make it easier on both of you. that's what i mean about being prepared.

I'd say if it's your first time, tell the guy. He's more likely to be cautious and careful instead of thinking you know whats happening. Just say, "By the way, I've never done this before."
That should be enough to clue him in. Plus, if you want to have sex for the first time with him, he should know you well enough to know you've never had sex, even if your hymen is broken.

i think its a good idea for anyone to talk about sexual history before deciding to ever have sex. I;m not saying to go into details or anything, i just think that people have a right to "risk assessment" and i think that telling a guy its her first time would make the guy, take things slower and/or be relieved knowing that he's not at much risk to catch anything.

Thats a damn good q! Guys don't feel the need to share this info. I've been with 2 guys that were virgins n BOTH lied about it then told me a couple of months later. 1 of them i knew was a liar, but the other, surprisingly....

95% of guys will not know. The only way they will have any clue is how you act. If you act like it hurts that is usually the sign of someones "first time". If you act very pushy and experienced then he might think you have been around.

Yes you should tell him, its important and should be to you too. You'll have sex a thousand times in your life that you will never remember, might as well make the one you will remember count, if you aren't comfortable enough with this person to tell them, and if they don't know you well enough to know that you probably shouldn't be having sex with them anyway.

Yes. A guy needs to know if it's the first time you're having sex. It does matter.
