My son is 21, he works full time and goes to college full time, so that is why he still lives at home. (Gotta save money where we can), bt the one thing that he does that absolutely drives me nuts is that he can not tell me if they (he and his gf) will be here for dinner, and then grumbles because I never cook anymore! If one of them would just call me and say, Hey mom we will be home at such and such time, I would have a home cooked meal for them, or atleast something that they could reheat. But he wont do that he would rather fuss about having to eat out or eat frozen dinners. I only cook on the weekends when my husband is home.
He just makes me crazy with that!

i dont have kids and i just sorta turned into an adult. but one thing that sorta drives me crazy is the way my five year old cousin whinges and complains all the time. my dad has to pick him up almost every day from school, and the first thing my cousin does is come over into the computer room and gets frustrated because im not playing a game on the computer. he whinges, throughs tantrums, cries, until he goes into the lounge room to watch a bit of cartoons and i get told off by my younger sister and dad for not playing a game with him on the computer, and when i do put a game on for him, he says it's too hard and or sees that it's too hard and walks off where i get told off again. on top of that, he complains all through the week because he wants to play playstation and i tell him he cant play playstation if he has school the next day. he whinges for a bit. the worst is when his parents come to pick him up. he throws tantrums, cries, whinges, hits and kicks, screams. he also does this when my mum or dad makes him breakfast or lunch. i hate the constant whining and what's worse is whenever he does whine he gets his own way.

Hmm drive me crazy.....when they just get through eating candy and theyre all over the place, goofy and bouncing the walls with energy. How do I react? Tell em to settle down or do jumping jacks or run around the pool table or something active to burn off the sugar high.

My 12 year old son is a know-it-all. Everytime I suggest something or give him information, he goes, "I know." I hate that. He doesn't know and it drives me crazy. Not to mention the shoes and backpacks always in front of the door.

Whines. I can not stand when kids whine. But that's what kids do...they whine :) So I just deal with it when they are little. When my son was a year I started telling him I couldn't understand him because he was whining and he needed to use his big boys voice. That works on most days, lol. The other days I just deal with it and we all take a longer nap :)

lol My daughter is 5 and she has this thing where everything she says just about ends in "huh?" or "ok?" even if it's not a question or she knows the answer. It drives me crazy!!! I finally told her that "huh" is a bad word and she can't say it anymore... lol

Making huge freaking messes in a matter of minutes. Just when I think they've made their biggest mess yet, oops here comes another one. So sick of it. I hate cleaning house-didn't sign up for it. I am really grouchy about it and impatient, then I ask them to help me clean it.

When they correct you when you are talking, or argue with you about something. No matter what you say, it is never exactly right. So of course in their teenage wisdom, they have to correct you or argue with you. These are my grandchildren and I just give them my look. (doesn't help most of the time.)
