There are a lot if institutions that impart training to wannabe Air Hostesses. Check the yellow pages for something similar in your city. There are also instances of airlines taking on fresh graduates with a striking personality. Contestants of certain beauty paegents are also offered posts as cabin crew by airlines.. Another way is to do a course in Hospitality from a Hotel Management Instituite.
There is a prerequisite though to be a cabin crew. your command over english must be excellent. Knowing to speak a foreign language has an advantage. You must look and sound good. Age is also a criteria.You must be tall (different regulations for different airlines), you must be beautiful.

Assuming you mean cabin crew, you apply to work for an airline.
