Old enough to know how to deal with any problems that might arise from having sex too young. Whats the hurry? It also helps if you understand the risks and the method of preventing pregnancy and diseases. If you aren't aware of these things then I would suggest you check out some safe sex sites and s.t.d. sites.
If you don't what an s.t.d. is then I would say your way too young to start having sex at all.

hey, i know what you are going through right now as a teenager. The best thing for you to do right now is to wait. There are many things that you have to consider before having sex. WHAT IF THE GIRL gets PREGNANT!!! you ARENT READY for that yet.
