The purpose of life is to know, love and serve God, which takes us through this life to the next where we can be happy with Him forever in heaven.

To start with there is a purpose why we are here for each and every one of us. Nobody can find the purpose of life for another person. The individual purpose HAS to be found out by the person himself. On a more general note, the purpose of life is to strive to achieve excellence in whatever field may be. It is a daily inner struggle with ones own self to improve as a person, at work and with family.

You know in all of creation every animal has a job. The birds by my house (after months of observation) show up like clock work each day. They sweep the area with peck here and a peck there taking away bugs eating seeds leaving little droppings that would intern grow into plants. It was funny to realize that they were like robots but when I watched that's what they were.
Well I am no robot. I have a free will, but as I got older the self serving man inside died. I took the time to ask this same question "why am I here" after much study I found that I am here to serve my creator to tell the world about him and that since God was so far away He came in the flesh to open up a door that had been closed

I think our purpose in life was to develop a relationship with God, and to live in a peaceful environment, that was why He created the earth. But with the fall of Adam and Eve, the Christian purpose has been to replenish the earth, and develop a loving relationship with our Father so we may live that life He wanted us to have in eternity.

You get to choose for yourself what your purpose is. There is no one size fits all purpose-of-life out there somewhere waiting for you to find it. What lights you up? Asking yourself questions like that is how you find your own unique purpose.

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

13 This is the end of the matter. All has been heard. Fear God, and keep his commandments; for this is the whole duty of man.

14 For God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil.

A daily renewal. To be trained for serving and leading in the afterlife. To remove your selfish ambition and lift up others.
