No, they are under demonic oppression and only God can deliver them from this abominable sin. They are without excuse. They have a choice to reject sin.

Why do you want it refuted? I don't understand what your real question is. People are not born gay. It is a sexual deviation. Its not that they are bad people, or that God does not love them. Its a sin like all sins. A pedophile is perversely sexually attracted to small children, can they help it? Should they be punished for their orientation? What about people who want to do it with animals? Saying that just because you feel sexually attracted to something makes it genetic is unbiblical and importantly unscientific. Its not a "predisposition" its a choice. Its all a choice. A heterosexual person who has an affair, is sinning, and makes the choice. They werent born to cheat on their spouse. Don't listen to the world.

Only gay people are born gay. I'm not gay and I don't think I was born that way. Scientists will ALWAYS disagree with each other. Use your common sense. Do you really think someone could be straight, and then all of a sudden want to pound a guy in the butt just because he wants to be a rebel? I don't think so. I don't think someone would CHOOSE a life full of discrimination. Blessed be.

Whether it is nature or nurture is really beside the point. Those of who are gay just are that way. And it is as natural to us as heterosexuality is to heterosexuals. I have no need to read or refute some fundies arguments to discern what's so for me.

I know from my own experience.

You might try getting to know a gay person sometime.

Some people are born gay. What you are born with is a tendency for the sexual orientation you'll have. Social situations can shape your tendency one way or another, but it is only complementary. Meaning that if you have a strong inborn tendency to be gay, there is nothing social that'll make you straight. However, if your inborn tendency is say onyl 10%, social situations may override it. Both groups are wrong in saying sexuality is one way only. In animal species we see how sometimes they do gay acitivies but doesn't make them gay forever, and some animals are strongly gay.

no, everyone has sins that they deal with and can take it to a level that is wrong... the gay person has to fight the sin of homosexuality.... for one person it is the sin of rape, for one it is the sin of pornography, for one it is alcohol or drugs, for one obesiety.....stop the thoughts in the mind. With Jesus anything can be accomplished.

Yes, but does it really make a difference? Why can't adults choose there relationships with other adults? If your religion says such a relationship is sinful, here's a thought, don't do it. But if some else's beliefs say different, then why should your beliefs be given any more weight than theirs?

I think they can be. I have heard some say "God doesn't make mistakes" (not that that is what I believe)But if he didn't make people different there would be no blind, no deaf, no birth defects. We learn from people who are "different". If he created Homosexuality, it was for a reason. We are supposed to learn something from homosexuals.

I need not read anything but the bible and the bible says it is an abomination and that it is a choice and not inborn. One cannot argue with God and win.
