if you are seriously asking this question, then you are ignorant beyond belief! As an animal rights activist, I don't believe any animal should have to live life being tied up. Especially a bird!!! They need to be free to spead their wings and fly. If you were tie dto a tree, would you like it? I've got an experiment for you since you don't seem too smart. Go tie yourself, or have someone do it for you, to a tree and stay there for a few days. Imagine that some animals do this their whole lives. Come on, and don't be stupid!

You sicko! Why did you have a pelican tied to a tree? Someone should tie YOU to a tree.......
Go ahead, try to sue. I am sure you could use the money to pay the hefty fine for animal cruelty.
