What are some of the requirements they ask for in getting a job as a CNA. What do they look for in people when they hire?

well i know in new york all you have to do is pass the cna test and then your hired...i think they probably look for people who are really interested in the field and is willing to go somewhere in that field..but then again theres such a despirate need for it...i think anybody would get hired

well u definatly have to pass the state bord for cna, have bls
(basic lif support ) certifications and a good carring peronality,
no drugs in your history or in your system, and a clean criminal background
