She should tell her mom that she gets straight As in school, goes to church regularly and is active in the youth group, and does volunteer work. She should also point out that she helps with the housework and babysits her little brothers for free, and has a part-time job to save money for college.

Why in the world would she want to do that? Just wait until she's of age and she can do anything she wants. It's just not a safe practice and there can be a lot of complications.

when I asked my mom if i could get one, the biggest mistake i made was saying, "It's so hot, everyone has one." make sure ur friend doesn't tell her mom that she wants to get one cause everyone else is doing it.
