Well, to be frank, you almost have to listen to them because they are in your head. Right?
I mean, nobody can say, "Don't listen to them." If they do say that to you, what do they expect you to do, drill out your ears with a six inch bazooka?
The trick is to listen and see who has the best ideas in any given situation that you come upon. One voice may say, "Do this." Another may say, "Do that."
Well, honestly now, only one of them can have the coolest idea. Right? So I would tend to hang with the coolest idea voice and sort of ignore the rest. You can do that if you try real hard.
The hardest part is to keep from giggling at some of the absolutely silly things some of the voices suggest to you. Other people may get strange ideas when they see you smile or laugh at one of those silly suggestions when there are no other people around. They will observe you from a distance and think you are weird, when really you are just like a lot of us who hear voices, and notice that things go "bump" in the night.
Keep on track and move forward in your life. Take notes and use them to your advantage when ever you can.

More info is needed here. Are you currently being treated for a mental disorder? Have you been honest with your health care provider in order to get these hallucinations properly treated? You need to see a psychiatrist and possibly a psychologist or other therapist.

You aren't very specific about the voices and what they tell you to do. So I don't know if you are serious or not.
In any event, if you hear voices then go see your doctor ASAP

Make your own judgement. If they are telling you to do bad things, get yourself to a doctor and shut them up. If they are telling you NOT to do bad things, telling you to do good things, or just simply telling you good stories, I'd keep them around.
Of course, I have several novels published and some of my characters have bugged the hell out of me.

If they tell you to run around K-Mart, naked, with an olive between your butt-cheeks, while singing Madonna's "Like A Virgin"... then yes... go for it.
