I think both in their own ways use religion as a toll to controlling the innocent public. But with a slender margin my vote would go to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Hummm....with multiple religions and non religeous and wiccans
and cultists and more it is not that simple .
Bush survives because the media refuses to cover any storys of his bad deeds...when the court ruled his torture camps illegal they were too busy telling us what the lieing Jon Bennae Peadophile ate on the plane from Malasia...the media is more culpable than just religion but it is a part of it.
the media won't report how mad people are at him and with him. I think this is worse than the McCarthy era....blacklist fear..........

My guess is Mahmoud Ahmadinejad It is amazing how one will bow when you have a gun to your head great way to control your people, thank your lucky stars your not controlled like that.
